Our founder
Marie-Louise Skafte
is an award-winning global leader, entrepreneur, and internationally licensed, commercial-minded lawyer.
She is the Founder and President of Skafte Global Law, P.A., and COO and General Counsel of Roger L. Martin, Inc. Ms. Skafte has 25+ years of providing multi-jurisdictional legal counsel and expertise in international commercial matters, strategy, operations, negotiations, leasing, human resources, regulatory corporate compliance, and C-Suite relationship management across the transportation, logistics, aviation, distribution, freight-forwarding, and financial and professional services industries.
In addition to working in CHRO, COO, CCO, and General Counsel roles, she serves on multiple boards and committees for notable business, academic, and charitable organizations.
Ms. Skafte lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with her husband, Roger. An avid world traveler, she is also a licensed Commercial-Rated Jet Pilot.
